Mike Reifers

Mike founded GAME ON! IN 2007 after spending over 10 years as Human Resources Director and Staffing Consultant. Mike has managed staffing in both the console and online space for companies like Oddworld Inhabitants and Perpetual Entertainment.

As a founding member of the Entertainment Software Human Resources Association he helped bring together over 40 top developers and publishers to share staffing and HR information.

Mike has a BA and MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and lives on the California Central Coast with is wife and four children.

Andrea Yelle

Andrea Yelle has over 20 years experience in recruiting and human resources, with the last seven years in the gaming industry. She was HR Director at LucasArts and Lucasfilm, and worked as an HR Consultant for Perpetual Entertainment.

Prior to entering the game industry, Andrea Yelle held a variety of human resources positions in the hospitality industry, including a 6 year stint as human resources director at the Resort at Squaw Creek in Olympic Valley, California.

Andrea holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and lives in Marin County with her husband and two children.
