Mike Reifers

Mike founded GAME ON! Recruiting in 2007 after spending over 10 years as Human Resources Director and Staffing Consultant. Mike has managed staffing in both the console and online space for companies like Oddworld Inhabitants and Perpetual Entertainment. As a founding member of the Entertainment Software Human Resources Association he helped bring together over 40 top developers and publishers to share staffing and HR information.

 
Mike has a BA and MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and lives on the California Central Coast with is wife and four children.

 

Heidi Lese, Executive Recruiter
Heidi has a combination of 15 years of high tech and game industry recruitment experience and has worked internally for companies like Hewlett Packard, Amgen and THQ. In her early career, she recruited software and electrical engineers for companies like Intel, Nike and Microsoft.
 
She spent 8 years at THQ both as global head of recruitment for corporate functions and THQ’s 16 game studios and later as a principal development recruiter, focusing on high level and tough to fill roles for the company.
 
Heidi’s recruitment expertise lies both on the development/engineering side as well as corporate functions from individual contributors to SVP level. She has a B.A. in Communications from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
