Mike started out as an HR Director in games working for Oddworld Inhabitants and Perpetual Entertainment. In 2007 he started helping some of his HR colleagues fill difficult positions and started GAME ON! shortly thereafter. Over the last 16 years we’ve helped thousands of candidates and hundreds of clients. He lives on the Central Coast of California with his wife, four children and various pets including Chuey (our mini-goat, team mascot). When not in the office he enjoys fishing and classic auto restoration.

Located in Raleigh, NC, Marisa’s former life includes Recruiting Ops Manager at Epic Games, followed by an epic adventure as an entrepreneur. Returning to her passion for helping engineers, leaders, and artists find their new home, she excels in helping your experience shine. When she’s not matchmaking Game Studios and devs, you’ll find her standing in front of a wall of paint swatches, looking for her next home improvement project, and crushing her husband in Mario Kart.

Based out of somewhere in GA, Sue comes with a heap HR and Recruiting Industry experience places you’ve heard of like: Bethesda Game Studios, Arkane Studios, Hi-Rez Studios, Crytek, Vigil Games and TimeGate Studios. Sue is also a former client of GAME ON!, which means she has firsthand experience of what it’s like to work with us and that means she is jumping in feet first ready to matchmake awesome clients with amazingly talented candidates! When she’s not busy sourcing outstanding candidates, you’ll find her scoping out a new hip Restaurant, sipping on her favorite whiskey, and scouring the pantry for chocolate.

A recent transplant from Los Angeles to the California desert, Deirdre has been recruiting for over 17 years, 12 of which focused in games. Though her specialty is technical recruiting, she loves helping job seekers of all disciplines find their dream job. When she's not looking under every rock to find the perfect match, she enjoys collecting actual rocks and gemstones, traveling, and sitting in the sun contemplating the great mysteries of the universe.

Based in sunny Florida, Frank Debevec is a seasoned recruiter and proud Game Dev Matchmaker who loves connecting great people with great studios. With deep industry knowledge and a killer memory for standout portfolio work, he’s known for spotting talent fast. In past lives he’s been a Chipotle grill master, moving company muscle, and software salesman. When he’s not recruiting, you’ll find him making “cold calls” from his warm and sunny porch. 

Based in Raleigh, NC, Heather is a Jill of all Trades, having lived many lives as a former HR Manager with Epic Games, visual artist, leadership coach, and now recruiting coordinator extraordinaire. She’s passionate about helping people find their way, which starts with ensuring your resume looks A++ before being sent to a client. On weekends, you’ll find her adding V-Bucks to her son’s Fortnite account while painting in her studio.

Chuey is a 5 year-old miniature goat and our beloved mascot. His strengths include eating jeans, sleeping and friendly headbutts. He’s a terrible recruiter but we still love him.
